Screens/ Set up
Standard size • £28 per colour - artwork within A3 size(max print area 28 x 40cm)
Medium size • £40 per colour - artwork within A2 size (max print area 40 x 50cm)
Large size • £50 per colour - artwork larger than A2 size (max print area 55 x 65cm)
Reset Standard screens • £10 per colour, if print is not re-ordered within 3 month
Resetmedium &largescreens • £15 per colour, if print is not re-ordered within 3 month



Artwork/ Design

Artwork • £30 per hour for artwork including creation, touching up, layout
Scanning • A4 scn £10, A3 scan £15
Photographic images • £75 for white garments (photoseparation)
£100 - £200 for coloured & black garments (simulated process)
All charges confirmed on sight of artwork
Compatibility • We accept Apple Macintosh computer generated artwork on zip disk, CD's or E-mail
Formats • Compatible formats: PhotoShop, Illustrator files, pdf's, jpeg's (min 200dpi) tiff's



Extras

Sampling • 1/2 colour £30: 3/4 colours £50: 5/9 colour £100
Colour change • £10 during a print run of the same design
Foiling • A5 add £0.75, A4 add £1.00, A3 add £1.25 to a 1 colour print (see table above)
Special inks • Add 10-50p per colour for reflective, expandex, luminous, glitter, metallic, flourescent inks. Confirmation on sight of artwork.
Heat pressing • 20p per garment (on plasticol prints)
Supplied garments • 10-50p per garment handling charge , depending on type and quantity
Folding/ Packing • 15p to 25p per garment for standard machine folding and polythene bagging
Labelling • 35-60p per label (depending on type and position)
